Own and lead the Agentic Way of Working (WoW) methodology across Amdocs, ensuring it is continuously evolved, standardized, and scaled based on pilot feedback, industry trends, and organizational needs.
Additionally, the role is responsible for continuously learning from external sources and adjusting the model according to industry developments and best practices.

What will your job look like?

•         Own the end-to-end Agentic WoW methodology, including principles, practices, and core artifacts
•         Consolidate insights and feedback from multiple pilots and translate them into methodology updates
•         Drive periodic (≈ quarterly) refreshes based on internal learnings and external best practices
•         Define and maintain standards, guardrails, and success measures for Agentic WoW adoption
•         Lead and align a distributed network of coaches across the organization
•         Enable consistent adoption and execution at scale across units and geographies
•         Partner with senior stakeholders to embed Agentic WoW into operational and working models
•         Continuously monitor industry trends and external benchmarks, ensuring the Agentic WoW model is regularly updated to reflect the latest advancements and practices

All you need is...

•         Proven experience leading enterprise-level operational or methodology transformations
•         Strong background in Operational Excellence, Agile, or Ways of Working frameworks
•         Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving domains
•         Experience working with communities of practice or coaching networks
•         Strong influencing skills in a matrix, global environment
