As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You are responsible for workforce planning for your assigned area across all relevant planning horizons (VCP, budget and forecast; externally: long‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting) and ensure proactive and efficient resource management. You manage the end‑to‑end monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including the calculation and posting of personnel provisions, and confidently present the results to external auditors. You perform in‑depth analysis and evaluation of HR KPIs and derive both strategic and operational recommendations for management. You ensure a high level of HR data quality and continuously optimize it as the basis for valid, internationally oriented reporting and meaningful analyses. You take on internal coordination and interface management with international sales organizations and acquired companies, including data preparation and integration into global HR reporting. You are responsible for external coordination with all service providers of sales subsidiaries and acquisitions regarding the provision of HR data, ensuring proper and accurate accounting at all times. As a sparring partner and advisor, you support internal and external stakeholders in all matters related to personnel‑related KPIs within HR controlling. You actively contribute to HR‑related projects, take on sub‑project leadership responsibilities and drive the standardization and further development of the HR KPI system. You support the onboarding and integration of new M A entities into the group structure (PMI re‑design project).
