Asesor de Call Center

Experiencia laboral y educación requerida:

Experiencia: 6 meses en adelante en ventas.
Área: preferible en Atención al Cliente y/o Ventas o similar.
Educación: Estudiante universitario de los primeros años de la carrera de Administración o Ingeniería Comercial o Marketing o Psicología o Análisis de Sistemas o Ingeniería en Informática o similar.

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar atención preferencial y especializada a los clientes (Telefonía, Tigo TV, DTH, Internet por Cable / WIMAX E / WIMAX / Fibra, Hosting, Data Card, Tigo Money, Soluciones Corporativas, Canales Digitales) actuando de portavoz e intermediario entre el Cliente y Telecel S.A. Pudiendo ser los canales de atención via redes sociales, chat, mail, atención telefónica, etc. Gestionar ventas por vía telefónica según el producto definido por la compañía.
