Sea Freight Coordinator - Project Department (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities: Independently manage operational logistics processes, including freight calculations, handling service, information and pricing inquiries, and preparing quotations for complex project shipments Plan and coordinate international shipments with a focus on intermodal transport and ocean freight – including heavy lift, oversized cargo, and FCL container movements Communicate and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, shipping lines, agents, and internal stakeholders – in both German and English Support and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients, including occasional travel; actively contribute to business development and client acquisition Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Project Management, Chartering, Transport Engineering, Tender Management, FCL Procurement, QHSES, and Compliance to ensure smooth project execution Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, shipment tracking, and KPI reporting Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and company policies, including participation in trainings and safety briefings, reporting risks and incidents, and adhering to deugro Group’s Ethics and Compliance Code
