Scope and purpose
The candidate will support the team – working in a consultancy-oriented manner - in managing various remuneration-related topics and projects simultaneously (e.g. support to the Remuneration Committee, definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels, design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels, support in compliance and audit processes).
Experiences required
Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
Knowledge, Skills and Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP/ IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
- Knowledge of short term incentive system
- Knowledge of long term equity based system
- Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
- Performance measurement skills
- Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
