Small Business Relationship Manager - Korca

Main responsibility:

To act as the main point of contact between the Bank and SB customers; carry out activities to develop new business and maintain a profitable portfolio, in accordance with the framework of Bank policies and procedures; generate business aiming individual goals achievement according to the predefined set of KPIs.

Requirements/skills:

• At least two years of working experience in the Banking Sector, preferably in network commercial roles and similar roles in managing client portfolios.
• Good knowledge of Financial Statements of companies.
• Ability to interact effectively with people and to work independently as well as in team.
• Very good communication skills.
• Bachelor degree in Economy/Finance.
• Fluency in English.
• Preferably Italian language knowledge.
