Pelican Grill Server-Golf Crs F/B

The Beverage Cart / Server delivers drinks to guests out on the range and serves guests in the Pelican Grill.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and polite smile
• Take and enter orders from guests in a helpful and professional manner
• Deliver drink orders to guest out on the range
• Check orders before transport to ensure accuracy
• Ensure all orders are delivered timely and properly
• Assist with the set up and cleaning of the dining area as necessary
• Collect all forms of credit as it pertains to payment of bills
• Any and all other duties as assigned; duties are subject to change as management deems necessary to best serve the needs of Moody Gardens

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must obtain TABC & Food Handlers Certification prior to beginning work

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be reliable and responsible
• Ability to exhibit maturity in the workplace and have a cooperative attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to work outside delivering drinks often
