Financial Business Analyst

Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables/job expectations)

• Business partnering one of the three main areas of the business by helping them to understand the financial performance and impact of their decisions. (Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply chain, Engineering & product).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Produce, Review reports and dashboard for finance weekly and monthly reporting.
• Support budget setting process.
• Support strategic planning.
• Provide analysis and data to support the monthly forecast.
• Provide commentary and insight into relevant areas for our monthly reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Critical Success Factors (critical/high-impact aspects of the role)

• Proficient in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Expert in excel and familiarity of how to work with Power BI

Academic qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Experience (exposure)

• 2-4  years’ experience in an analytical role.
