Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that address those needs, leveraging Computacenter's full portfolio of services and products.
Work closely with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communication and delivery of the contracted solutions to our customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for Public Sector Customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
