Position Summary
The Golf Course Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in delivering championship-level course conditions. This position involves daily turf maintenance tasks and offers hands-on experience working with modern equipment, agronomic practices, and a skilled maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily course maintenance activities including mowing, raking bunkers, trimming, and blowing debris
- Assist with turf care practices such as fertilization, irrigation, aerification, and cultural programs
- Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the golf course and surrounding grounds
- Follow all safety procedures and club standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality playing conditions every day
Qualifications
- Golf course or landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
