Overview:
In-Process Quality Assurance
1. Execute the site quality strategy as developed by the sites’ business quality strategies and site leadership, through the Site Quality System Leader.
2. Promote a customer focused quality culture.
3. Provide support functions for Statistical Specialist. This includes data mining and acting as a resource for technical support in the Product Quality Statistical Techniques tools and work process.
4. Worker Type: Requires rotating day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities
1. Spot check for operation discipline including operation certificate, first article check for machine, Compliance for operation procedure, Material usage traceability and First In First Out processing and QC test by sampling plan.
2. 100% Inspection RCS EXPX product after RCS fully inspection.
3. Retain Sampling management (Top pad, Stacked Pad)
4. Cameline SPC trend shift/ dashboard review.
5. Clean Room particle monitoring weekly, Final Inspection
6. Weekly Yield Review and investigation
7. Audit for MOC discipline
8. Audit for Procedure Observation
< Outgoing Quality Check> Support
1. Pre-Check Certificate QC data (Batch, Pad, Manufacture Date, 1-layer Bill Of Material) before generating CoA.
2. Review eCoA data and document high/low investigations prior to CSR uploading eCoA to the customer portal
3. Verify paper certificates for outbound shipments and troubleshooting of CoA‑related issues.
4. Confirm adequate remaining shelf life for products prior to shipment.
5. Perform sampling visual inspections for Post‑Skiver Inspection and Final Inspection products.
6. Make Un‑Usage decisions for inspection lots related to hot‑runs, retests, or QM discrepancies.
7. Unblock 09 reinspection lots processed including internal and CMP external warehouses within Asia.
< Incoming Quality Check> Support
1. Upload Raw Material CoA into Engineering Database
2. Incoming Quality Check
- Execute Incoming Quality Inspection including First In First Out check
- Troubleshooting for Raw material and intermediate product issues. To be a coordinator and solve problems between supplier and internal stakeholder.
3. Pre-alarm notification for Raw material
4. Coordination raw material scrap during bonded plant
5. MRB for concern material and batch(es)
6. Raw Material Retain sample management
< Document Control Management > Support
1. Procedure/ SOP hard copy distribution .

• Familiar with Power Query and Power BI for basic data processing and analysis
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Quality Control or manufacturing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and JMP skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
