From £26,000 plus uncapped bonus
Job Description
Salary: £26,000 (Trainee) up to £32,000 (Sales Experience) + uncapped bonus
Location: Oxford - OX2 0JJ

What you’ll be doing:
We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your role includes:
Speaking with clients and understanding their hiring needs
Building relationships with finance professionals seeking temporary/interim roles
Advertising jobs, screening CVs and managing candidates through the process
Developing your desk through business development
Visiting clients across Oxfordshire (full licence required)
Working towards achievable KPIs that help you grow steadily
