This fellowship offers an immersive entry point into the evolving field of transmission and power system transformation, with a focus on accelerating the clean energy transition. Fellows will work at the intersection of energy policy, grid infrastructure, and market design, contributing directly to projects that support the expansion of affordable and reliable carbon-free electricity. The role blends hands-on project work with structured learning, allowing participants to build deep technical and analytical expertise in transmission systems. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, external stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams tackling some of the most complex challenges in energy transition. With most of your time dedicated to real-world project delivery, you will also engage in cohort-based training, mentorship, and technical learning modules.
