Operation Manager

Being responsible for operational management of production lines. Lead production and manager to secure production according to specifications and the released orders and to deliver the defined KPIs. Work with team on the projects and improvement activities transformed from factory strategies. 1. Ensure the safety and quality level in production area, to meet internal and external requirement. Ensure fulfillment of production plan 2. Ensure compliance of Quality Guidelines and instructions 3. Provide guidance and approval in the operation process 4. Keeping hour and material consumption according to plans (follow up on manufacturing orders) 5. Be responsible for department budgeting and control operation cost, decrease scrap rate 6. Make sure that actual stocks are in accordance with system registrations 7. Implementation of new initiatives
