INJECTION MOLDING SUPERVISOR

• Review and follow up on production plans with logistics. • Ensure the correct release of parts, plastic injection molding machines, and molds. • Ensure compliance with production drawings. • Supervise the completion of first-level GPQ/QRAP checks on production lines. • Supervise the correct completion of records on production lines. (First piece, checklists, release, poka-yoke devices, if applicable, etc.) • Manage staff training (ILUO Multiskilling Matrix) • Manage staff incidents • Review hourly compliance with the production rate of your machines • Review finished product and raw material inventory levels • Verify productivity calculations per line • Adjust staffing based on program priorities • Notify Human Resources of unjustified staff absences • Manage data entry and/or materials in the SAP system
