Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment
Extensive experience in partner success, account management or customer success within the technology or SaaS space
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and retention outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence and lead through change
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
