Job Description:

Facilities Management

• To carry out supervision works for technical scope of work on C&S and M&E works, day to day operation and projects implementation in FM.
• To carry out supervision works for day-to-day maintenance scope of work i.e cleanliness etc. in FM
• Assist administrative works for facilities management i.e for OPEX, CAPEX, generate PO
• Supervise and monitor delivery of all services within agreed scope and to ensure that all deliverables are met.
• Assist in work implementation to meet the committed annual budgeted CAPEX and OPEX.
• Assist to attend complains, request and suggestion by internal customer or building occupants.
• Assist to implement and ensure compliance in Law and Regulation required by Authority – License renewal, registration and Insurance for FM.
• Assist and be part of the team towards the cost-effective of service contracts services delivery pursuant to the contracts.
• To consistently provide prompt response to request from building occupants and be pro-active in any problem solutions.

Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH)

• To be part of the team in any collaboration with HSE Unit
• Assist to carry out and support the task for HSE related matters pertaining FM.

Others

• Assist and support to carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior, Head, Integrated Facilities Management and Head, EMS Upstream.
