Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Manage the purchase order process; coordinating with the different functions, getting the required information/documentation until all requirements for PO are completed.
Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.
To work closely with clinical and operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services.
Handle patient queries and feedback.
Any ad-hoc and admin duties assigned.
