Junior Optoelectronic Process Engineer

Support the definition and improvement of electronic equipment manufacturing processes (assembly and systems integration). Collaborate in the implementation of basic Lean Manufacturing methodologies and process control tools. Support the design, quality, and production teams in the industrialization of new products. Prepare and update technical documentation under supervision: work instructions, roadmaps, basic FMEA, and control plans. Ensure the correct traceability and compliance of processes following internal regulations and industry standards. Participate in internal audits and support external audits when necessary. Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and small automation improvements within the plant.
