Your Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative operations for field services in a digital environment and matrix organization.
- Support engines connectivity and remote monitoring systems.
- Provide digital support for field services and assist with data analytics to optimize service performance.
- Ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication.
- Use digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Oracle ERP, SFDC, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Work with ticketing systems, maintenance planning, and ERP platforms.
- Adapt quickly to new digital platforms, connectivity solutions, and data analytics processes.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in IT, Digital, or Field Service environments.
- Previous experience in a matrix organization or cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian languages (both written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting across departments.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Interest in INNIO’s business segment (energy solutions, gas engines, digital services, and engine connectivity).
