We’re Hiring: Dental Assistant – Lincoln Dental – Welland, ON

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who brings strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a team-first mindset—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in supporting both patients and providers.
Specifics about the role:
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 8-24 hours a week (clinic operates 7 days a week, until 9 pm Mon–Fri and until 6 pm on weekends)
Wage range: $20-23/hour, depending on the candidate's experience

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with IPAC standards
Support a wide range of procedures including restorative, extractions, endodontics, and surgical treatments
Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment
What You Bring
1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred)
HARP certification
Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and patient-focused
Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
Comfort with dental software and digital workflows
Nice to have:
CPR certification
Experience with digital scanning (e.g., iTero)
IPAC and WHMIS certification
