Maintenance Technician I (Cochrane Village/1363)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician I at Cochrane Village, a 96-unit affordable family community in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a tax-credit and AHP property. Must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience and skills in plumbing and electrical. Must be willing to do janitorial duties. Salary range: $21.00 -$32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00-$26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
