Resident Manager I with 2-bedroom unit (Taylor Oaks -1272)

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I with a 2-bedroom unit to work at Taylor Oaks, a 59-unit Family housing community in San Jose, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus, bilingual is a plus. Salary range: $22.62 - $40.62 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $22.62 - $31.62 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
