Job Description
Job Purpose
To support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of UEM Edgenta’s HR technology and systems, ensuring efficient collection, accessibility, and utilisation of employee data. The role contributes to effective HR operations by enabling reliable data management and supporting technology-driven improvements that enhance HR planning, business decision-making, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR systems to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Analyse HR processes and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, system optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Configure, maintain, and support HR system workflows while ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop user guides, communication materials, and conduct training sessions to drive employee adoption and effective utilisation of HR technology.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Maintain HR system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business continuity standards.
- Partner with HR, ICT, and business teams to support system integration, resolve technical issues, and deliver technology solutions that enhance HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Microsoft solutions (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with data management, data governance, and HR data analytics.
- Basic understanding of system administration, system integration, and business process automation.
