Job Description

  Position Summary: The role is responsible for procurement of Bought out Parts, having Strong negotiation and communication skills. He is responsible for coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and liaise with suppliers to ensure that products deliver on time and meet quality standards. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to manage supply chain challenges efficiently. Variation Order placements, Inspection arrangements, Logistics coordination, Ensuring MRP processing, expediting on all fronts to seek Material delivery in line with Order Schedule.   Work You’ll Do: Procurement of Bought out Parts Purchase order Management Review shortages with internal team Coordinate with vendors for fast delivery Vendor Management Vendor follow up , On time delivery of spare parts Zero commitment failures Price & Lead time negotiations Inventory Management ROP and JIT implementation Manage Inventory levels Safety Stock fulfillments Team: This position will be part of After Market Business. Basic Qualifications: Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA in SCM 5 years or more experience in Purchase Management of MFG. Industry Preferred Qualifications: Experience of using Oracle or SAP Team player with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
