
Service Supervisor - Field Leadership (Hands-On Role)
Job Description
- Lead a team of Service Professionals and set the tone for performance
- Provide coaching, support, and accountability
- Manage scheduling, routing, and daily coverage needs
- Step into the field when needed for inspections and treatments
- Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met
- Pest control experience is required
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record
- Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)
- Background check
