
Commercial Sales Representative - Weekly Pay + Commission
Job Description
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in the field
- Driven by performance, growth, and earning potential
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- $1,000/week guaranteed during your first 90 days as you ramp up and complete training
- After training: $700–$800/week base pay plus uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$110,000+
- Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results

- Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face
- Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs
- Build customized solutions (not one-size-fits-all sales)
- Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals
- Manage proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationships—not just quick wins

- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
- Enter, exit, and move through commercial buildings and job sites
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
- Climb stairs and navigate uneven or varying property conditions
- Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces as part of inspections and service evaluations
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
