Job Description

HRBP responsibilities oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

HRBP duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.


To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full HR cycle.

You will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Job Description:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department functions and duties 

  • Compile and update employee records 

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc) 

  • Assist with recruitment: Source candidates, update our database, coordinate and perform interviews 

  • Take care of the onboarding and offboarding processes 

  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization 

  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner 

  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
