ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Plans and executes cycle count project plans
- Investigate shipping / inventory discrepancies
- Conduct root cause analysis of inventory/shipping discrepancies
- Updating the WMS for any changes in bin cubes, pallet quantities and addition of new SKUs.
- Participates in warehouse improvement projects for Tireco and TDX. May lead improvement analysis and improvement savings tracking
- Runs reports from NetSuite, On Demand and Mobile Link and conducts analysis
- Assists with NetSuite training as needed with new team members or team members needing re-training
- Assists with WMS training for all new associates in the use of the system, scanners and tablets
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High School diploma or (G.E.D)
- MS Office with intermediate Excel Skills
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills – 5S, Kaizen, and other process improvement knowledge/exposure.
- Ability to speak, read and write English and follow written/ verbal instructions
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with various team members, suppliers and cross-functional teams in all levels of the company
- Ability multitask and pay attention to details
- Works well under pressure and possess an excellent customer service & positive attitude
