Act as the Supervisor’s delegate underground when required, and assist with statutory inspections, shift paperwork, and variance reporting.
Support the Senior Shift Supervisor in managing underground production and development activities, including drilling, blasting, and bogging.
Lead by example in safety, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture.
Provide guidance and support to operators, particularly in jumbo and long hole operations.
Run one full Supervisor cycle per week under guidance to build competence.
