Role: Account Executive
Location: Toronto, Canada

As a member of the Account Management team, you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis, Product and Marketing; not only within Canada but across our Global footprint. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Administrative duties
Quality assurance checks and oversight of CRM (Salesforce), trafficking and reporting inputs. Supporting Account Coordinator with management of tools and systems
Pre-campaign management
Pre-campaign checklist management, Creative, pixel collection ensuring all internal functions are set up properly for campaign launch.
Managing and facilitating clear communication between 3rd parties ie: BLS and measurement partners
Ensuring proper implementation of any specific product requirements
Troubleshooting
Creative testing
Amendments to campaign setup – Ensuring campaign is set up in a manner that allows for agreed upon reporting and insight delivery
Campaign activation
Assisting the Account Manager with insight planning - Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors
End of Campaign – Support the Account Manager with the delivery of insights back to client
Finance administration
PO hygiene – establishing process for checking in to ensure all SF opportunities have correct PO updated on a weekly basis
Reconciliations & invoice queries
Support client engagement needs as determined by AM and AD
Maintaining highest level of service both internally and externally
Support AM in mentoring Account Coordinators with their development
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Working in a team environment
At least 1 years client facing and/or customer service experience
Client Services/ Sales Support / Ad-Ops background advantageous but not required
Experience with basic functions of Microsoft Excel or similar
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and identify potential risks
Eager to learn new systems, technologies, and advertising techniques
Flexible and adaptable as a team player with strong communication skills
A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Ontario, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $55,000- $65,000.
Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
