Job Description
The Distribution Services Specialist will be responsible for loading and maintaining Red Roof Inn property information, room information, policies and booking conditions in all databases (including the Property Management System (PMS), the Central Reservations System (CRS), a Content Distribution System and several Extranet Sites for new hotel additions to the brand. The position requires each specialist to maintain room and tax information for existing hotels within the brand across the same platforms. This position provides support loading and maintaining all promotional rates on the Online Travel Agency (OTA) sites, adding and removing room types or rates on the OTA sites, and coordinating activation of hotels on the sites as well as assisting in rate/availability parity mediation.
