Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Organisation bauen wir die neue Abteilung Application Management Operations (AMO) auf. Der fachliche Fokus liegt initial auf SAP-Applikationen, mittel- bis langfristig werden weitere Business-Applikationen integriert. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Applikationsbetrieb (Run) und gestalten aktiv den Übergang von projekt- bzw. build-orientierten Strukturen hin zu einer stabilen, skalierbaren Betriebsorganisation.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Aufbau und Etablierung der Abteilung Application Management Operations
• Definition von Zielbild, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und
Zusammenarbeitsmodellen
• Konzeption und Umsetzung eines skalierbaren AMO-Ansatzes über SAP hinaus
• Fachliche Führung eines globalen Teams (perspektivisch ca. 15–20 Mitarbeitende)
• Gesamtverantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb der SAP-Applikationen
• Vorbereitung und Übernahme des Supports für das neue SAP S/4HANA System
• Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Qualität und Compliance der Applikationen
• Steuerung der Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Prozesse
• Planung und Umsetzung der Transition von Build- zu Run-Strukturen
• Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Wissenstransfers sowie Konzeption von Enablement-Maßnahmen
• Design und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen (z. B. Service Desk, Projektorganisation)
• Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung ITSM-naher Prozesse
• Aufbau transparenter Reporting- und Eskalationsmechanismen
• Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Dokumentationskonzepts für Applikationen und Betriebsprozesse
• Steuerung externer Service Provider sowie Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Stakeholdern
• Vertretung des AMO gegenüber Management und relevanten Fachbereichen
Unsere Anforderungen
• Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienfaches (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, IT Operations oder im SAP-Umfeld
• Fundiertes Verständnis für den stabilen Betrieb komplexer Applikationslandschaften
• Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel von Build- und Run-Organisationen
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationseinheiten und Prozessen
• Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
