Job Description

  • Evaluate incoming manufacturing sales inquiries and lead the development of precision machining solutions tailored to customer applications.
  • Analyze customer requirements and production specifications to design and propose customer CNC equipment and automated machining solutions.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM, SAP, ERP, and Adept engineering systems to manage sales pipelines, generate quotes, track project status, and maintain accurate manufacturing data throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to assess project needs, integrate ancillary systems, and obtain vendor quotes to support end to end machine manufacturing proposals.
  • Craft sales strategies, highlighting technical differentiators, and communicating the company’s precision grinding solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver persuasive, data driven technical sales presentations and respond to detailed engineering questions during customer meetings.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, prepare machine build orders, and lead internal engineering kick-off meetings.
