Metrologist

Main Responsibilities : Manage laboratory calibration and verification operations for measuring equipment Draw up, implement and monitor the metrology plan in accordance with regulatory requirements and Group standards Guarantee the metrological traceability of equipment used in chemical and environmental analyses Actively participate in quality audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with current standards Prepare metrological documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system Train laboratory teams in good metrological practices and standards requirements General Skills : Solid command of metrological tools and methods in laboratory environments Good knowledge of quality standards: ISO/CEI 17025 version 2017, ISO 9001 Scientific rigor, attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures Ability to analyze deviations, identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions Ability to manage documentation and draft technical protocols Team spirit, pedagogy and sense of transmission Knowledge of laboratory equipment used in inorganic and environmental chemistry Academic Background Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in metrology, analytical chemistry or physics, with at least 3 years' experience in laboratory metrology, ideally in inorganic or environmental chemistry. The position is based in Marrakech.
