Job Description
Main responsibilities : As the EIA Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible fo • Maintenance Policy Management: Developing and implementing the EIA maintenance policy for each piece of equipment based on the overall strategy. • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensuring annual preventive maintenance and managing corrective maintenance, including acting as an expert in the event of major failures. • Reliability and Continuous Improvement: Implementing continuous improvement actions to optimize equipment reliability. • Safety and Quality: Ensuring that installations comply with safety and environmental standards. • Team Management: Planning the activities of team members, setting clear objectives, and ensuring their development and training. Skills : • Expertise in Electricity, Instrumentation, and Automation (EIA). • In-depth knowledge of maintenance management, including tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems. • Team Management: Ability to motivate and develop the skills of team members. • Organizational skills and the ability to optimize costs, timelines, and quality. Education and Experience : • Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in a field related to EIA. • Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in EIA maintenance. The position is based at our site in BOTO, Senegal.
