Senior Process Engineer

Main Responsibilities : As a Senior Process Engineer at Managem, you will play a strategic role in the design, development, and optimization of industrial processes. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth studies to ensure the technical and economic viability of projects, from the scoping phase to detailed engineering. You will be involved in innovative, high-value-added projects for the Group and serve as a key support for Managem's subsidiaries. Develop and oversee process studies in collaboration with laboratories, including defining design criteria, creating flow sheets, performing material balances, and sizing equipment. Write technical specifications and estimate investment (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) costs for projects. Ensure the quality and rigor of process studies at various phases: strategic scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed engineering. Master specialized software for process sizing to guarantee optimal technical solutions. Participate in the commissioning of new projects, ensuring their smooth progress and compliance with performance requirements. Provide constant technical support to the subsidiaries of the MANAGEM Group to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement of industrial processes. Collaborate closely with project teams and other technical departments to ensure the proper integration of process studies into the overall project.
