IT Security Manager

Main Responsibilities : Contribute to the deployment and implementation of security policies, particularly in network aspects (IT and OT). Propose and implement IT and OT network segmentation architectures, manage inter-network routing, control flow matrices, and firewall rules. Manage and oversee security projects. Monitor and control subscribed managed services. Operate and manage implemented security solutions (NAC, Firewall, VPN, MFA, vulnerability scanning, PAM, SIEM, XDR, etc.). Ensure compliance of IT and OT networks with security standards and regulations. Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze and interpret reports, and implement corrective action plans. Monitor logs from security solutions and various IT systems. Take necessary actions to prevent intrusions, vulnerabilities, and security breaches, and handle any security incidents. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of system security. Scope of Intervention: Managem’s IT and OT networks, with a focus on network security. Required Skills : Expertise in information security systems, particularly in IT and OT networks. In-depth knowledge of risks associated with IT and OT environments. Ability to identify threats and vulnerabilities in systems. Strong technical skills in networks and systems (TCP/IP protocols, routers, firewalls, virtualization, operating systems, etc.), as well as telecom and internet technologies. Good command of security management tools such as vulnerability scanners and SIEM solutions.
