Telecom Manager

Main responsibilities : Size, oversee the implementation, secure, manage, and evolve the telecom infrastructure for Managem sites to ensure interconnection to the data centers, fixed and mobile telephony, as well as Internet access. Participate in the selection of telecom operators and technologies to be deployed. Manage and optimize contracts and budgets related to telecom services (MPLS, Internet, Fixed Telephony, GSM, Specialized Links, ADSL, FTTH, VSAT, etc.). Advise and assist Managem entities in subscribing to telecom services tailored to their needs and ensure their proper functioning. Implement, manage, and evolve communication systems for Managem and its subsidiaries (telephone systems, radio communication, underground communication systems, video conferencing, etc.). Contribute to the implementation of IT infrastructure on Managem sites. Implement and operate monitoring solutions for the IT infrastructure (e.g., Nagios) to improve network availability and security. Supervise, operate, maintain, expand, and evolve IT infrastructures and telecom and communication systems. Optimize WAN traffic (QoS, compression, etc.). Diagnose and resolve application performance issues related to the network.
