Electrical Maintenance Reliability Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Reliability Supervisor to join our team. Your primary role will be to plan, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities for a fleet of over 200 pieces of equipment, while ensuring their proper functioning and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include : • Conducting preventive inspections of electrical equipment using thermography, vibrational analysis, and parameter analysis for over 200 electrical assets. • Analyzing and interpreting SCADA data to identify faults and malfunctions in electrical equipment. • Conducting maintenance rounds and coordinating field team interventions. • Mastering the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tool to ensure efficient and proactive management of interventions. • Collaborating with technical teams to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve equipment availability. • Leading planning meetings. • Analyzing maintenance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Required Skills: • Strong expertise in condition-based maintenance of electrical equipment and CMMS tools. • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. • Attention to detail, autonomy, and strong analytical skills.
