Job Description
Position Summary: Dynamic Aviation is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department by coordinating and leading full-cycle recruiting activities for employment opportunities across the organization. This role plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and onboarding high-quality talent while serving as a positive ambassador for Dynamic Aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and facilitate all stages of the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interviewing, evaluation, selection, and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to guide and support the hiring process
Develop and implement efficient recruiting strategies based on role requirements, industry standards and organizational needs
Serve as a trusted advisor with strong emotional intelligence, providing guidance and support to candidates, hiring managers and employees
Travel to and participate in recruiting events; serve as a primary contact to schools and workforce programs as needed
Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters
Assist HR Business Partners in drafting job descriptions and defining hiring criteria
Coordinate, schedule and lead strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Utilize multiple platforms and resources to advertise and promote open positions and the organization
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company culture, operations and career opportunities
Maintain HRIS records and personnel files in compliance with legal and company standards
Support initial onboarding activities for new employees
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Track and report recruiting metrics weekly, monthly and as requested
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, OR 2–3 years of relevant recruiting/HR experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of two years of professional recruiting experience
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in an office setting
High degree of professional ethics, a sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Aviation recruiting experience
Customer service experience
Experience with Dayforce HRIS
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel for career fairs and recruiting events as needed
Working Conditions
Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
