Job Summary The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources Department in daily administrative and operational activities
This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR reporting, training coordination, and personnel file management
The trainee will gain practical exposure to HR processes while contributing to the smooth operation of the department
Your activities Support recruitment and selection activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination
Participate in onboarding and induction programs for new employees and trainees
Assist in preparing employment contracts, attestations, HR letters, and other administrative documents
Support personnel administration activities and employee file management
Participate in attendance, leave, and absenteeism monitoring processes
Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and KPI tracking
Support training and development initiatives, including training logistics and attendance follow-up
Participate in employee engagement and internal communication activities
Assist with internship and trainee management processes
Support the organization of career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
Participate in HR audits and ensure proper filing and archiving of HR documentation
Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records
Support payroll preparation activities by collecting and verifying HR-related information
Participate in disciplinary and employee relations administrative processes
Assist in preparing monthly HR dashboards and workforce reports
Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR procedures
Participate in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee inquiries
Assist in workforce planning and manpower tracking activities
Support the follow-up of probation periods, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle processes
Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Good command of English and French is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
