To strengthen our Heineken Global team , we’re looking for a seasoned Project Lead who can lead from the front: someone who brings senior delivery leadership, operational sharpness and hands-on project expertise together in one role. Overview The Social & Always-On workstream focuses on creating timely, culturally relevant content for Heineken's global social channels. From reactive content and social activations to larger always-on campaigns, you'll oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of work across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of social media, content production, and client partnership. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for social and always-on content initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Production, Post-Production, Community Management, and Influencer Marketing Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders on assigned workstreams Own and maintain the always-on content calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, platform best practices, and campaign objectives Stay on top of emerging social trends, cultural moments, and platform developments, translating insights into opportunities for content Lead reporting processes and use performance insights to inform future recommendations Identify risks, solve challenges proactively, and keep projects moving forward Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management within social media, content, creative, or digital agencies Proven experience managing global brands and complex stakeholder environments Deep understanding of social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and guide multidisciplinary teams Solutions-focused, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and timelines Passionate about culture, social media, and creating content that resonates with audiences Collaborative by nature and always willing to support the wider team Additional information What can you expect from us?
