Dir-Finance Transformation, Data & Systems Management (Hybrid--Richmond, VA)

Functionally reporting to the Head of Line of Business Finance, this position serves as a strategic advisor and partner to the CFO organization’s leadership team. The role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for finance technology platforms, data architecture, and transformation initiatives to improve processes, controls, and decision-making capabilities. This role leads the design and evolution of scalable finance systems and a governed data ecosystem, ensuring the CFO organization operates with a high-quality, trusted 'Single Source of Truth.' The position plays a critical leadership role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives, modernizing finance capabilities, and delivering measurable business value.
