Administrative Manager I

We are seeking an Administrative Manager I to support daily program and office operations while ensuring administrative functions run efficiently and effectively. This role will work closely with internal teams, end users, and Government stakeholders to help resolve operational and administrative challenges and support overall mission success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate day-to-day program administration activities.
- Supervise administrative team members and help ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Monitor workflow, prioritize administrative tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Work directly with end users and stakeholders to evaluate and resolve administrative and technical issues.
- Provide recommendations to Government leadership regarding operational improvements and process efficiencies.
- Maintain organized records, reports, schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with communication coordination between internal teams, customers, and leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in program administration.
- Demonstrated experience supervising administrative staff or office support personnel.
- Experience supporting daily office operations in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with end user groups to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical and administrative issues.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Government or federal contracting environments.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common administrative tools.
Education & Certifications
- No degree or certification required.
Clearance Requirement
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required Government access or clearance, if applicable.
