Dental Administrator (Midtown Toronto)

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team at Dr. Steven & Dr. Jonathan Stern Dentistry, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you’ll be joining a supportive, professional environment where you can bring your expertise, energy, and empathy to the front desk.   Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full Time Compensation: $25-28 an hour Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm   What you’ll do: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service   What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental admin role. Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ABELDent is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset.
