Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting sales on financial planning, analysis(FP&A) & channel support for Analog Devices Japan. Role will oversee Japan activities on Revenue, pipelines & distributors to support sales strategy execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to support Japan Sales on top line activities (revenue, pipelines & distributors)
- Analyze the performance/market and propose action plans to support and influence the of revenue/pipelines by identifying growth opportunities.
- Support Regional Distribution Director to manage KPI’s with Analog Devices Japan authorized distributors.
- Develops lean mindset within Japan Sales Operation & Channel team: Standardization of work process, create efficient distributor MGMT process, teaching process improvement methodology.
- Prepare materials for routine sales review & QBR presentations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of FP&A experience or Sales Operation.
- This role requires experience in the FP&A operations or Sales Operation.
Desired Characteristics
