Job Description
SRNS Operational Technology (OT) seeks a Requisition Support Analyst to join the Requisition Management practice in our Center of Excellence. The Requisition Management practice provides support for Engineering and OT Technology procurements through requisition guidance and facilitation, requisition process management, and stakeholder communication and reporting.
The Requisition Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the OT Requisition Team in managing and optimizing the OT acquisition processes. This role will involve providing comprehensive guidance, managing requisition processes, engaging stakeholders through effective communication, reporting, and enhancing efficiency through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition Guidance & Facilitation:
• Provide comprehensive guidance throughout the requisition life cycle to ensure successful and timely acquisitions.
• Develop and follow standardized procedures and documentation for requisition processes.
• Conduct briefing and training sessions on requisition methods for team members and stakeholders.
2. Requisition Process Management:
• Support the OT acquisition processes, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and material receipt.
• Utilize automated systems for the submission and tracking of requisitions and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements.
3. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
• Develop and implement standardized communication and reporting systems to generate detailed requisition status reports and performance insights.
• Utilize quantitative metrics to measure and improve communication effectiveness.• Continually enhance communication processes based on feedback and data analytics.
4. Collaboration and Innovation Support:
• Develop structured procedures for collaboration in handling urgent requisition needs.
• Standardize and share best practices through workshops and briefs to foster continuous improvement.
• Use advanced analytics and stakeholder feedback to refine collaboration and innovation processes
