What makes this role exciting
CloudPay is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Associate French Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process for our clients in France. This role is essential to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with French statutory requirements, and delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients.

Main responsibilities
Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submitting the payroll figures on monthly basis.
Ensure the payrolls comply with the French legislation and statutory requirements.
Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll.
Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.
Validation of the payroll outputs
Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance.
Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to CP platform
Collaborate with Implementation team to ensure that the hangover of new payrolls is transferred to In-House team successfully.
Experience needed for this role
Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of experience in payroll processing ; Experience with complex payroll scenarios such as BIK, stock options/RSUs, non-residents, and court orders
Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail.
