
Facility Supervisor
Job Description

What you’ll do:
"1. Departmental annual work target planning and annual cost budget
2. Rationalization of departmental expenses and public expenses
3. Factory housing, fixed assets and public facilities maintenance management plan
4. Factory safety and fire protection facility management improvement
5. Plant sanitation affairs planning management.
6. Factory support facilities function operation guarantee
7. 5S promotes business planning and execution.
8. Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for buildings, utilities, and equipment
9. Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) programs are implemented and followed
10 Coordinate and monitor external contractors and service providers
11. Manage facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
12. Ensure proper functionality of office and production facilities"
Qualifications:
"Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of management experience in facility operations or maintenance
Experience supervising teams and managing contractors
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Knowledge of safety regulations and EHS practices
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Basic budgeting and cost control experience
Flammiar with CAD
Ability to build a excellent team,
Have a strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination,ability, the ability to work under pressure.
